Centre of Molecular Medicine and Diagnostics (COMManD), Department of Biochemistry has organised an International webinar on “Biological effects of focused ultrasound application in wide array of clinical conditions” at 11 am on 19.1.23. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Saurabh Singh, Ph.D, Faculty associate, Department of Radiation oncology, Laboratory of Dr. Chandan Guha, Albert Einstein college of Medicine, Montefiore Hospital, Bronx, New York. 20 active participants attended the Webinar including under-graduate, post-graduate, research scholars and faculties as well attended the webinar. The webinar was very much useful and gave a better understanding on the applications of focused ultrasound Therapy. He also gave a clear explanation on how FUS works and the principle behind its working.
